إن احداث الجنجويد أو تجمع القبائل العربية في السودان أصبح شيء مؤسف فهم يؤدون دور الابادة المنظمة.

  

والقتل ويجيبون اقليم دارفور يمين وشمال يذكرنا بعهد حروبات الخليفة عبد الله التعايشي في دارفور حيث كان الطفل يرمى عاليا ثم يتم تلقيته بالحراب. من المعروف إن قبيلة الرزيقات هي من اواخر القبائل التي دخلت السودان وهي من اصل قوقاز أو تركي ونسبهم الجيني يبين ذلك. وكان لدخولهم السودان تارسخ معروف إلا وهو مطالبتهم للقائد الفرنسي في مصر بان الرزق قلة فقيل لهم اطلبوا الرزق في مكان اخر.

تفاخمت الاوضاع حيث امتزج الحابل بالنابل واصبجوا هم مركز لقبائل ليبية تاتي وتدخل السودان ومن قوادهم عدة ومنهم من اعتلى قمة الرئاسة في السودان. والان يستخدمون كل اساليب الاضطهاد من عبودية وكانت أول حملاتهم على اويل في زمن نميري حيث اعلن ابلالير بان الرق مازال يستخدم في السودان.

وعلى مسح جغرافي على اعترافاتهم نجدهم يقولون انهم لا يجدون وضع إلا في السودان. وكما قال إحدى التقارير التونسية إن هناك دول عربية متورطة في عملية الابادة في السودان. ونجد إن هذه القبائل تم استغفالها بشكل علني لتصفية ابناء دارفور عندما تم في زمن الرئيس السابق عمر حسن احمد البشير تنظيم سباق الهجن بقيادة اسامة بن لادن. ونجدهم يصطنعون المشاكل في كل اقاليم السودان وهدفهم واحد القضاء على العنصر الاصلي في السودان.

انفرطتت الازمة في السودان واصبحت التصفيات يشوبها نوع من أنواع السرقات وهي الدوافع الاصلية لهولاء الناس منها نهب ثروات ابناء النوبة وابناء الفور وجبل عامر والان التدخل في جبل مون الذي سوف تعتبره الأمم المتحدة إحدى الأثار التاريخية المهمة.

إن حركة الجنجويد لا تختلف عن حركة داعش في تصفية السكان الاصلين لقبيلة دارفور.

وما لا يعلمه الجنجويد هو جهلهم للمواثيق الدولية وحقوق الإنسان حيث نجد انهم يصفون انفسهم بالاخرار وااخرون بالعبودية. مراكزهم عدة من مناطق أبو منقار ومعظم القبائل التي تصف انفسهم بانها عربية. ومنها اضعاف حقوق القبائل الافريقية وعدم تركهم يعيشون في مستوى الانسانية واستخدام كل الفاظ القاموس كذبا وهراء.

إن الأمر وجب إن ياخذ بعد عالمي فان مايحدث هي اعادة تجربة التوتو والهوتسي. إن عرب السودان لديهم اعراف انسانية لا يتخطونها ولكن إن الاعراب الذين يقدمون من مالي ومورتانيا بالتحديد هم يحملون عقلية الطبقات كقبلية البيضان في مورتانيا وقبيلة بني حسين المتددة الاعراق من سبها في ليبيا إلى السودان.

إن الصراع في السودان أصبح ياخذ منحنى اخر كما اخذ في تشاد لولا تدخل القوات الفرنسية  لتم ابادة سكان تشاد الاصلين. هنا وجب إن نوصي العالم والامم المتحدة والحلف الذي يتم بين روسيا وحميدي بان روسيا مخدوعة في حميدتي حيث أنها تحالف وجود عنصر ذات ميول عنصرية وهم يمثلونه عودة الحملة التركية السابقة التي ابادة السودانيون من الابيض إلى المتمة (المائتمة).

إن بوتن في قوله انه يحارب النازين في اوكرانيا فانه يشجع النازيين في السودان. وان الموقف الامريكي واضح ضد هذه العنصرية. إن دارفور ولاية كونفدرالية مع السودان ومن تبعياتها أبي يي إن أهم منطقة في غرب السودان ذات تداخل سياسي هي منطقة الجنيينة حيث أنها تاريخا لها عهود في الأمم المتحدة وانها سلطنة قائمة على حد ذاتها في اختيار إن تجمع نصفها في تشاد ولها حق الاختيار بان تنضم إلى السودان أو تشاد أو تصبح دولة مستقلة. فان حالة الانضمام على السودان الآن معروفة حيث إن الحكومة السودانية التي تمثل كتائب العصابات وكتائب الجنجويد أصبح يقود إلى انقراض ابناء الجنيينة، اذا يبرز الخيار الثاني الانتماء إلى تشاد أو تاسيس دولة نصفها افروفرونكية ونصفها الاخر تتكن تحت العلم البريطاني الكمونويلث. أو الاختيار بان تصبح جزء من تشاد. إن حركة العنصرية هذه قد تؤدي إلى ابادة كل الاطراف بحيث اننا نرى تداخل قبلي كبير جدا بين القبائل الموجودة في دارفور فان مصير الفرد امال الانحياز إلى ابائه أو الانحياز إلى خيلانه وهذا مشهد يدمي القلوب.

السؤال ما موقف منظمات المجتمع الدولي في دارفور؟

ما هو هدف الجنجويد النهائي؟

وهل سيعيد الدارفوروين تسليح انفسهم؟

ماذا تنتظر دول إفريقيا وان الافريقي يتم ابادته بدوافع عنصرية عبودية؟

من هي الدول العربية التي متورطة في صراعات دارفور؟ هل هي مورتانيا مصر العراق الفلسطنيين المملكة العربية السعودية اليمن وقطر والامارات وايران تسكب الزيت.

يجب إن تحل هذه المشكلة التي اصبحت واضحة للعالم مكن صراع عربي افريقي. والمؤسف إن الافارقة تم انتزاع اسلحتهم وددجج الجنجويد بكل أنواع الاسلحة وكل الاسلحة الليبية تصب الآن في السودان.

فهل سوف يجتمع البيت السوداني بعد هذه المحن التي لا يعلم مفجرها إلى أين سوف تؤل.

ونذكر بريطانيا بان تتخذ خطوات نحو اتفاقها المبرمة مع سلطنة المساليت اولا وثانيا مع سلطنة الفور؟

فليسرع المجتمع الدولي لاستخدام البند السابع لوقف المجازر الابادية في السودان..

وسوف ياتي يوم إن الذين ينادون بالسلام هم أول المطلوبين والى الآن نصر على نقطة حوار وسلام بين المعتدين الجنجويد وان السلاح لا يحمي فالقوى تتقلب بين ألف وباء. ونكرر إن القتال سيقود إلى الندم يوم لا ينفع الندم.

وهذه حروب لا دوافع لها فاخير كثير يكفي الكل وان الأسباب  التي تقود إلى الحروب هي أسباب اذا وجد القانون لا تعتبر أسباب. وان الاقليم منذ السابق كان مستهدفا من حكومة الشمال ومركزية الخرطوم وقد دائبوا إلى وقف أي مشروع تنموي فيه حتى الدخن كان ممنوع ادخاله إلى الخرطوم من دارفور بالشوالات. وكانت شركت شفرون ركزوا إن تنقب في الشمال عن البترول. فالى الآن هناك من يهيننا بما هو فخر لنا حيث يستخدم كلمة تشادي والسودان الغربي والسودان التشادي هم سلالة بعضها من بعض لا اختلاف بينهم إلا اختلاف في نوعية المستعمر.

فهل سوف تفوتون إلى المتربصين بكم عربا أو قبائل افريقية اصيلة هذه الحرب المتهجن فيها عليكم ويردونها دارفور بلا سكان. أم ستعودون إلى حكمة العربي وصبر الافريقي  إلى سلام دائم وشامل في منطقة تعتبر سلطنتها من عجائب الدنيا السبعة.

نحن نبحث عن سلام دائم مع اسرائيل فكيف إن لا يكن هناك سلام بيننا. وكلنا نعلم إن المادة الاعلامية في السودان تغرب ابناء جبال النوبة وابناء جنوب السودان وابناء الانقسنا والدمازين و ابناء دارفور بل وتهمش الشمالين انفسهم لان الشمالين هم كبش الفدأ الأول...

ونعلم إن اللغات الافريقية في السودان جعلت استخفافا بانها رطانة وفي تشاد التي تجاورنا واثيوبيا نجد إن اللغات الافريقية معترف بها......

وكذلك إلى قيام بعض رجال الدين الموريتانيين بالتشكيك في إسلام أبناء هذه الشريحة، وإصدار فتاوى تحرم الصلاة وراءهم، ما اشاع نظرة دونية عنهم، ترفض الاختلاط بالزواج معهم على سبيل المثال. وهذه ظاهرة متكررة في المجتمعات القبلية/ البدوية الرعوية، وحتى الزراعية، التي تعتبر الحرف أقل شأنا من النشاط العام السائد، وبؤرة لقيم وعلاقات مغايرة، يعتبرونها «وضيعة»، مما تشير إليه الدراسات الانتروبولوجية في أكثر من مكان.
لكن نشطاء هذه الشريحة يشكون أيضا من تهميش الدولة لهم، ومن قلة حظهم في الوظائف والمناصب السامية، حيث يقولون أن موريتانيا لم يعين في تاريخها سوى وزير واحد من أبنائهم. ويقولون كذلك ان الدولة تتجاهل حرفهم ولا تقدر إسهامهم في الاقتصاد الموريتاني. وهم يطالبون بغربلة النصوص التاريخية وكتابتها من جديد، وإدانة كل العمليات التي أسست لنبذ هذه الشريحة وألبست ذلك ثوبا دينيا. ويطالبون أيضا باعطائهم حقهم في ثروة البلاد وإشراكهم أكثر في صناعة قرارها.

«الحراطين» والمطالبة بالتمييز الإيجابي

موريتانيا أحد آخر معاقل الرق (بشكله القديم على الاقل!) في العالم. لكن ليست هي الأزمة فحسب. فحتى من تحرر من الرق فهو ما زال يعاني من مخلفاته ويقاسي ويلات الفقر والجهل والتهميش، وهو ما يحدث مع فئة الحراطين، أي العبيد السابقين.
وهذا ما جعل مجموعة من أطر هذه الفئة يطلقون في آذار/مارس 2013 ميثاقا من أجل الحقوق السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية للحراطين ضمن موريتانيا موحدة، عادلة ومتصالحة مع نفسها. وهم من أجل ذلك يطالبون في الميثاق بالتمييز الإيجابي لصالحهم تعويضا وإنصافا. وقد قدموا في هذه الوثيقة أرقاماً عن وضعهم المأساوي:- أكثر من 80 في المئة من أصل 1.400.000 من الموريتانيين تحت خط الفقر ينتمون لفئة الحراطين،- أكثر من 85 في المئة من أصل 1.500.000 أمي في موريتانيا هم حراطين، - ما يناهز 90 في المئة من المزارعين الصغار الذين لا يتوفرون على أرض نتيجة المنْح التقليدي أو الاستغلال الإقطاعي والاسترقاقي لها، هم حراطين،- اقل من 2 في المئة من الموظفين السامين في القطاعين العمومي وشبه العمومي حراطين،- كان من أبناء الحراطين ما متوسطه وزيران في الحكومات الموريتانية المتعاقبة خلال آخر 30 سنة والتي كانت تضم 40 وزيرا.
والحصيلة 20 وزيرا من أصل 600 وزير منذ 1957 و حتى 2012،- اكثر من 90 في المئة من حملة الشهادات العليا المنتمين إلى شريحة الحراطين، والمترشحين للمسابقات الوطنية، يتم إقصاؤهم في المراحل النهائية عن طريق المقابلات الشفهية،- اقل من 40 ضابط سام من أصل ما يزيد على 500 ضابط هم من الحراطين، وبالأخص في الحرس الوطني، - لم يوجد غير حرطاني واحد ـ وهو طبيب بالمناسبة ـ أدرج على لائحة التقدم لرتبة جنرال في سنة 2013 ، من ضمن 19 جنــرال جرت ترقيتهم خلال العام المنمن خلال هذه الوثيقة والحراك الذي سبقها والمطالب المتلاحقة، نكتشف أن نضال العبيد والعبيد السابقين لم يعد فقط ضد العبودية بل من أجل إنصاف هذه الفئة ودمجها في الحياة الاقتصادية والإنتاجية.

المطالب الفئوية بين القبول والرفض

ظهور المطالب الفئوية بشكل قوي على الساحة الموريتانية جعل البعض يطرح الكثير من الأسئلة عن جدواها، وعن تماسك مكونات الشعب ومستقبل الوحدة الوطنية. فيعتقد البعض أن هذه الحالة لن تزيد الشعب الموريتاني إلا انقساما، إذ المطالبات الفئوية قد تذكي النعرات، وتفتح جراح الماضي، وتوقظ شرائح أخرى ذات مطالب فئوية. ويرون أن مشروع الدولة يحتاج إلى تبني خطاب جامع وحراك شامل، وأن النضال الفئوي خطير جدا على مستقبل الشعب. بالمقابل يعتقد آخرون أن هذه الشرائح تضررت كثيراً عبر تاريخ موريتانيا، ومازالت تعاني، وأن إنصافها هو الباب الأول لأي وحدة وطنية في موريتانيا، ومطالبها مشروعة وملحة ولا تقبل التأخير، وأن معالجتها ليست مستحيلة بل تتطلب إرادة سياسية صادقة، وأن هذه الحراك هو دليل من بين سواه على تشكل الوعي بالحقوق وثقافة رفض الظلم.

فرنسا هي من تحل هذه المشكلة انها عبودية واضحة وهي معجبة بهذا الحل....
